Please follow all check-in and check-out instructions so we can prepare the space seamlessly for you and our next guest. 🌿 Respect & Consideration We value harmony in our community. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a calm, respectful environment. No loud music, parties, or gatherings. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. so everyone can rest. Only registered guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors, extra guests, or overnight stays beyond your reservation. 🕯️ Safety & Wellness For everyone’s safety: no candles, incense, or open flames. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property. Please lock the door at all times to ensure your peace of mind. Dishes should be washed in the kitchen sink only—thank you for keeping the space clean and flowing with ease. 🛑 Prohibited Items & Substances Absolutely no illegal substances of any kind are permitted. ✨ Care for the Space We’ve designed Aetheria with wellness and beauty in mind. Please: If you open it, close it. If you use it, care for it. If you move it, return it. If you make a mess, kindly clean it up. 📌 Responsibility Aetheria is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Please double-check when leaving, as we cannot be responsible for items left behind. 💳 Additional Fees To maintain the integrity of the space, the following fees apply: 🔹 Smoking of any kind – $250 🔹 Lost keys – $125 🔹 Lost TV or cabinet remote – $100 🔹 Unapproved late checkout – $75 per 30 minutes after 11 a.m. 🔹 Extra/unapproved guests – $50 per person, per night 🔹 Tampering with the noise monitoring device – $200 💫 Thank you for helping us keep Aetheria a sanctuary of wellness, beauty, and peace for every guest who enters.
