We want you and your property to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime, anywhere on the property. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation or any unapproved visitors. • No illegal substances of any kind. • No loud music or disturbances, especially no noise past 10:00 p.m. • If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries that occur on premises. • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. • We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Lost TV or cabinet light remote control will result in a $100 charge. • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 charge. • FEES: Unapproved late-checkout fees: Every 30 minutes after 11am is an additional $75. • FEES: Lost keys for any reason will result in a $125 charge • FEES: $50 per night, per person will be charged for each guest who was not included in the reservation. • FEES: Tampering with the noise monitoring device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
