Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.—let’s keep the peace for all. - Gatherings, parties, and events—including birthdays and celebrations—are not permitted, ensuring a tranquil environment for everyone. - For your peace of mind, always lock the door whenever you come and go. Your safety and the security of your belongings are our top priorities. - Only registered guests are welcome to stay overnight. Please let us know if your plans change. - Please use the kitchen sink for dishes—our spaces are designed with your comfort in mind. - To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that you enjoy the ambiance without open flames such as candles or incense. - Aetheria is a smoke-free haven. Kindly refrain from smoking, vaping, or using marijuana anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies for violations. - Please keep music and conversation at a gentle volume, especially after 10:00 p.m., so all guests can enjoy restful evenings. - We appreciate your care in leaving the space as you found it, ensuring every guest finds Aetheria just as welcoming as you did. - Please keep your valuables secure, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost items. If you leave something behind, let us know—we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings. - Should a remote control be misplaced, a $100 replacement fee will apply. -Please let us know right away if you need assistance. - Unapproved late checkouts incur a $75 fee for every 30 minutes after 11 a.m., as we prepare for incoming guests. - Additional unregistered guests will incur a $50 nightly fee per person. Please update your reservation if your plans change. - For everyone’s comfort, please do not tamper with the noise monitoring device.
